I’ll never book this townhome again .

Nothing .

Property was filthy , couldn’t use the dryers , roaches was inside the kitchen parts . Bathroom sink downstairs is completely filthy . Do not book this house at alll . Take kitchen sink 30 mins to drain.

Overall we roll with the punches

The host Paul Manning is very nice and genuine

What I did not like is the staff at evolve I never felt discriminated in my life very unprofessional and rude like OMG the house need lot of maintenance and love to it. Better parking assistance as well. Wish they could of given me better location or refund back for my bad experience. Had to get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and sanitize the bedroom lining blinds missing roaches crawling but I got rid of their ass while we staying there the place need lot of love and maintenance ASAP

Bad, stay somewhere else. Absolutely filthy, cockroaches all over, grimy, blood on sheets. Would not ever stay here agai

Location and great pool. We liked having a washer and dryer. Had a high chair, pack and play and stroller which was great.

Absolutely filthy. Sheets and pillow cases had blood on them and no spare sheets the night we checked in after traveling all day long so we had no choice but to sleep on them the first night...EW!!! Ac was not working when we arrived, was SO hot. Everything was just grimy and dirty, saw cockroaches almost daily on the walls/floors/counters. King bed didn’t have mattress protector...multiple stains on mattress along with tons of hairs..Bedding was ripped in twin bed room, floors were foul carpets was foul, mold in all of the window sills and in showers/tubs. Brought it to the attention of the host who said “it’s Florida” and didn’t offer any solution. Upon checking the guest book it looks like we were not the only family who experienced this, it also looks like many pages were torn out of the guest book which my guess would be due to unsavory reviews. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere.
