Liked the layout and the fact it was all on one level.
The Garden was so overgrown we couldn't sit out on the sunnier days and my disabled Mother couldn't get through the long grass. The mugs and crockery were filthy and the mattress in the double room has seen better days. Could be wonderful with a bit of attention and care.
