Off street parking was a plus - the apartment was spacious with good facilities and great security

It was very central and spacious with good modern facilities and air conditioning .
It was a little dark but there were many windows heavily shuttered .

La localisation. Le parking la nuit malgré l'étroitesse des emplacements.
Le dilettantisme de notre contact qui n'a pas pris au sérieux nos demandes (besoin d'une grande casserole en particulier) et s'est même montrée ironique . J'ajoute que les couverts sont en nombre réduit et qu'il n'y a pas de couteau à pain.
Malgré le double-vitrage, on entend en bruit de fond permanent les véhicules du boulevard très fréquenté.
Le parking aux emplacements plutôt étroits, n'est pas du tout privatif ; une avocate du voisinage nous a même fait remarquer le matin de notre départ , mais avec courtoisie, que notre véhicule n'avait pas le droit d'être présent.
Le tarif est trop élevé au regard des prestations même si l'appartement 100% IKEA est encore en bon état.
