THE SPACE You can see two fairway from this one - from the private balcony, family room, and master bedroom! In pristine condition! Sleep's 4, Newly updated, with brand new furniture and mattresses. Located in the heart of myrtle beach. MyrtleWood Villas Subdivision, in the center of everything! It is positioned in the golf course section of Myrtlewood golf course, a 36 hole championship layout, and a short distance away to cover 100+ other great courses. The whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Grand Strand Mall, Tanger Outlets and restaurants are just a few of the unlimited variety of fun venues for you and yours to enjoy. Master bedroom: king size bed, 2 nightstands, TV, and ceiling fan with private bathroom. Second bedroom: king size bed, 2 nightstands, TV, and ceiling fan with bathroom access from the bedroom and from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you expect, including full stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, if you need it, it's there! Dryer and Washer available for Use. This Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator. Dining area has a real full dining room table with seating for 6. Living area has a full reclining couch, love seat, and reclining chair, flat screen TV. A slider to a patio. For those relaxing evening. Soaps and toiletries are provided, guests may bring their own if extra needed. Linens and Towels provided for showering only, not for pool. Damage fee will be activated for stained or damaged towels, same goes for linens! If you need to wash them please do so, and please remember we are not a hotel, this is our vacation home, we love it, and trying to keep it clean to feel homey. Enjoy the Pool and Barbecue grill. Please keep and be sure to return the keytag (used for pool access ) at the end of visit! (There is a $100 charge for lost/broken Keytag(HOA rule)) Free parking, non-smoking, free WiFi. Please NO hanging towels on balcony! The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises! *PET OWNERS: one-time fee of $75 per pet is required. *Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you and contact me for details. *Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee. FAQ: Pet fee (paid pre-trip, max 2 dogs), video doorbell (facing front entry) Please, be advised we have video doorbell installed for security purposes which provides viewings of only public spaces such as front door surroundings of the 2nd floor hallway of the building.

We were in this unit 12/28-1/1. The location could not be any better - it is close to all the best things about Myrtle Beach! The unit itself is simply fabulous & the premier host could not be any better! The unit was SUPER clean - I have been accused of being a "clean freak & germaphobe" & I didn't see a single thing that I could have cleaned better. It was so clean, I walked barefoot after my showers & I never do that in a public place. I'm not crazy about carpet but all this carpet was not only free of stains & wear/tear, but it smelled clean as well. Everything was neat & in an obvious place. The kitchen was well stocked, the furnishings were very nice & they even had a little Christmas tree in the living room. I loved every minute sitting in front of the electric fireplace! The view was beautiful, even in the winter time. My yorkie enjoyed watching the ducks, geese are golf carts going by, right outside our patio. The host sent us a very detailed message regarding checking in, to include pictures, so there would be no chance of confusion. Everything was great & I plan to stay here again. We LOVE Myrtle Beach & I highly recommend this unit for your stay as well. I can't say one negative thing about it.

We have been staying in VRBO properties for over 25 years. We have NEVER been in a property as nice as this one! Incredibly clean. The kitchen wasn't just well stocked. It was unbelievably stocked. We stayed for 2 weeks and with the exception of fresh foods, everything was available here. Spices, condiments, kitchen tools, all small appliances, incredible stemware, pots and pans, plates and bowls, just simply incredible! There were over 100 Keurig pods supplied. My God! Fabulous view over the golf course from the lovely lanai/deck. Easy parking close to unit. Comfortable beds and pillows. Huge TVs and great cable in all rooms. Great service from the property hosts. Quick responses to any questions. We had inadvertently booked with us leaving on the 31st when we meant to leave on the 1st. We reached out to Inara who replied she was sorry but she had guests booked for the 1st. And then she called me to tell me those guests weren't arriving until 4:00 pm on the 1st and they would allow us to stay the additional day and make sure the unit was cleaned up in time for the new quests. THAT is incredible guest service! This is honestly a wonderful place to stay and we will return.

The property looked just liked the pictures and 5 min from Broadway at the Beach. The owner was easy to work with especially during the up coming storm that was due to come into the area on the day of my arrival. I will definitely be staying at this property again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everything was great. Couple of small items that could make it more convenient in future but did not cause any issues for us. - Consider 2 twins combined for the guest room so you have option of separating them. We have 2 teenagers, one male one female so we had to have son sleep on couch. - Consider sofa bed in future. ^^^ - Consider switching the refrigerator doors for easier access from kitchen. This is easily done with a screwdriver. - Drawer slides in Main Bedroom need replacement caps and glide fittings, a couple want to fall out of you open more than a few inches. - The storage area door needs latch switched around, is currently backwards causing need to lock the door with key after closing vs locking it and just pushing it closed. Thanks so much for having us. Again, the above suggestions in no way impeded our vacation (although the dresser drawers falling out was a little scary once or twice) but would make it perfect the next time around for someone.

Everything about this property was great. From the proximity to the beach, shops, and dinning to the owners and their communication. Everything we needed was right there. The amenities are wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better property!

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Inara was awesome with communicating. She responds back really quickly. Check-in was a breeze and everything was very neat, clean, and organized. We will definitely use her again and I highly recommend this place when visiting Myrtle Beach.

The condo was clean and tidy when we arrived. We did have some confusion on how to get into the condo but when we contacted the landlord they were able to direct us. Overall our stay the very nice but there wasn’t clear instructions for check out. We did our best to clean up the condo before leaving. Hopefully it was up to standards but without clear instructions we did our best!

This condo went beyond what we’ve experienced before. The host thought of our every need plus. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped and centrally located for golf or beach. Pool was excellent also. The hosts were so accommodating we felt they were friends. We would recommend this to anyone wanting an exceptional experience and will definitely book it again when we “go south”.

The 4 of us were happily surprised at the condo and all of its amenities. This is the nicest accommodations that any of us has ever stayed in. Everything is high-end. The beds are huge and super comfortable. Very nicely located close to entertainment and shopping and very easy to access. We felt like royalty and plan on booking this property for our next vacation. Clean, quiet, comfortable 2BR 2Ba condo in Myrtlewood resort. The pics and description on VRBO is accurate. The beds are wonderful and the showers have great water pressure. Cook in or Door Dash/Uber Eats delivers! The host, Inara sets the standard as a VRBO host. Overlooking the golf course with beautiful trees and birds to watch from the back patio, the condo is a gem. There is a walking path (paved) from the resort that connects with Grand Dunes along the ICW that is a fantastic place to run, walk, bike and enjoy fresh air, exercise, and beautiful sunsets. I will stay here again anytime I am in Myrtle Beach. Thank you so much Inara.

I didn’t want to leave and I really love Myrtle Beach at this time of the year! My host was Amazing and she was patient with me when I was accessing the super security locks. This place was just as explained in the listing. Super clean, close to shopping and the beach. It also has several pools, one you can see from the balcony. The host was very attentive and answered any questions that came up. We would definitely return.
