About this house rental
From our first steps on this property over 35 years ago my wife and I visualized the delicate balance between nature and premier living on the water. Now with construction complete and our dream realized, from the moment you enter the driveway to the property, you're welcomed by a sense of tranquility and calmness.
We invite you to slow down and relax in this newly constructed, waterfront sanctuary. Built and furnished in 2022, you will experience the highest quality & design with stunning water views from almost every room in the house. Enjoy spectacular views from the front or back covered porches overlooking the expansive creek. Bird watching, sunbathing on the beach and beautiful sunsets are part of this enchanting setting.
Newly constructed in 2023 we added a beautiful 140 ft dock. (4 ft depth and sandy bottom.) Come by car or boat during your stay.
This 5,000 SqFt home has 2 primary suites; one on the main level and one on the upper level & 2 additional bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 1 half. Our well appointed-gourmet kitchen has stainless steel Wolf appliances, a Subzero refrigerator, quartz counter-tops, and a farm sink in the island. Beautiful teak hardwood floors throughout the entire home, large bathrooms with tile showers and separate soaker tubs, attached 2 car garage. We offer a separate work space and excellent WiFi for those who still need to take care of business.
Located just 15 minutes from downtown Cambridge, Eagles Nest's location is convenient for shopping, antiquing, fine dining, and entertainment. Outdoor recreation is available, including fishing, bicycling, kayaking, sailing and much more.

Came for the race. 15 minutes away from the race site. Perfect place for amazing sunset views on the water and to relax before and after the race.
