The shower was good.
Glad the rooms had fans.
Complaints were swiftly attended to.
The cutleries should be changed.
Proper cleaning of the bathroom walls should be done to remove moulds.
The back of the property had overgrown grasses and needed clearing.

The apartment is well located and very spacious. The beds are nice and comfortable and the windows are facing backyard, so it was relatively quiet.
1) The bathroom would definitely benefit from a deep clean.
2) We found ants in the apartment which turned into a full infestation on day 2. While we really appreciated how promptly the staff reacted and attended the property, the solution that we were offered was to "vacuum the ants". This of course meant that they immediately came back. We had to source an anti ant spray on our own to deal with the issue (on a Sunday evening).
