The hotel is super clean and the staff super helpful and friendly.
It is about a 15 min walk to main area of town , but 5 min walk is a beach club (Carmelita) which you pay 200mxn and you can enjoy the pool, lagoon entrance, chairs etc and they give you a towel. I loved it.

Everything was great! The value of this hotel was wonderful, better than I expected given the price. The staff were wonderful. Stephy was sweet and super helpful and even helped us pick a quieter room, since I am a light sleeper. Carlos was also very helpful organizing taxis for us - all around great stay!
Walking distance to a nice beach club, and 30 minutes from the center, with an easy path that walks alongside the laguna!

The interior of the communal areas were nicely decorated and the staff were friendly.
The room we stayed in was disappointing. It didn’t reflect the style of the communal areas (which were lovely). The location was out of town and only a little away from the main road so you could hear the traffic. I would not say that the hotel delivered value for money.
