This B&B is wonderful. Both Mark and Eric are welcoming and warm hosts. The Mae West room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. I wish we’d stayed longer to enjoy the huge pool and hot tub. This property is its own resort. It even has a bar and lounge.

I loved the location because it’s really in the heart of sayville, the backyard is so peaceful with a beautiful pool and hot tub, the room was spotless with a walk in closet and spacious bathroom. The hosts were so kind and shared so many cool stories with us. The breakfast was delicious and the check in process was so easy. Highly recommend

Very clean and the hosts were friendly. It was a private house and was very homey. Easy access to all major roads. Especially clean bathroom.

Looked nothing like the picture in the ad. No central air and room air cond. was very noisy. Very irritating was the 'fabulous' rating by one of the ratings - it was 'good' or OK. It was in a trafficky residential area and was led to believe it was in a rural setting.
