Situated in Bolivar Peninsula, this lovely house for $1,200 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Beautiful new 4 bed (+ Bonus Room), 3 bath home located in the Ocean Shores subdivision. 2nd row with awesome views. Features mezzanine deck with bedroom, bath, Bar room with full size refrigerator, microwave, sink. Incredible views from both the mezzanine deck and upper deck. Both decks have custom wooden furniture. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths located on main floor. Your family will love this beautifully furnished home close to beach access. Total sleeping capacity 22. 1st Floor (outside)- Downstairs covered patio with a bar, outdoor shower and enough tables to accommodate your group. 2nd Floor (outside)-Covered patio with a bar and large custom tables. Large Hot Tub. 2nd Floor (Inside)-Two rooms with a full bathroom in between. Bathroom and bedrooms each have a door that go outside. One room has refrigerator, countertop, microwave, TV and full-size sofa bed. The other room on this floor has a queen bed, bunk bed, TV and large closet. 3rd Floor (Inside)- To the right side of the house you have a master bedroom with a dresser, TV and king bed. This room is connected to a full master bathroom. To the other side of the master bathroom is a small room with a bunk bed and connected to that room is the laundry room which then connects to the kitchen. On the left side of this floor is two bedrooms connected by a full bathroom. These two rooms each have two queen beds, dresser and TV. The living room has one full sofa bed, one twin sofa bed and one full contemporary sofa bed. There is a large dining table that sits 12 people and a spacious bar that seats around 10. 3rd Floor (outside)- covered patio with great views of the water.

We had a blast!! The house was exactly as advertised and met or exceeded all of our expectations. Close enough to the beach that the teenagers could walk. Furnishings were exceptionally nice and the hot tub was an absolute hit. Would definitely rent again in the future for more family gatherings.

Outstanding beach house for our family reunion: very close to the beach, lots of spaces in the house complex to spread out and play, quiet neighborhood, the hot tub was a hit, and the owner was very communicative and attentive. All ages from 5-73 had a wonderful time.

We had the absolute best time ever at this beach house!!! Captain Dahl was very quick with responses to anything we needed to ask him before our stay! We had a large group with us and it was large enough to accommodate us to celebrate my sons graduation! Thank you Captain Dahl for providing us an really fun (the kids loved the hot tub!) house to stay in for a long weekend!

My family had a great time! The house is beautiful, well stocked, plenty of room, and the host communicated fast with any questions I may have had. The house is very close to the beach and the hot tub was an excellent bonus!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was large enough to accommodate everyone with a bed. Spacious enough for ample seating for our large group. The owner was very quick to respond to our every question. The location was closer to the ferry end which made the beach quiet and not crowded. We ironically booked on the same weekend of the Jeep Wknd and never saw 1 person on the beach from the group of thousands- we were very fortunate that this location was in a quiet community!! Zero complaints, lots of fun and would book again. Thank you!

Perfect property for family stay. The home has been set up / staged to maximize your personal time at this location / family by having mostly everything made available, organized and ready to use or fill. Time has been spent addressing the needs of families and made comfortable. The structure was sound, appliances and placement perfect, the engineering and architecture of the patios and home was maximized with no expense spared on the build. No regrets on this rental. Will be back again.

We LOVED our stay at the Seaside Escape! For our group of 16 adults, it was the perfect size, with beds for all of us and plenty of common space to congregate in. The house is walking distance to the beach, although we drove on several occasions, so we could set up our spot and fish through the night. We got rained on A LOT, and thankfully, the house had more than enough covered patio spaces for us to spread out and play games in. The only thing I'd say is, during rainy season, make sure you bring a lot of insect repellent, as the mosquitos were brutal (the owner warned us, so we did!). We hope to make Crystal beach a regular visit for us, and look forward to stay at this property in the future.
