Nestled in Key Colony Beach, this lovely house for $610 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. The owner pulled out all the stops on this this beautiful Brand New (2022 Construction) spacious and modern home that has Fantastic open water views down the channel and direct oceanfront access by boat. Dining and Living rooms have open concept living. The pool area has sun and shade, relax in a lounge chair or sit at the Outdoor Grill and Bar that is right next to the pool. The outdoor bar/grill is equipped with two beverage coolers and a wine fridge. The downstairs game room features a foosball table, corn hole game, ping pong table and a beer pong table. Bring your boat and dock it on your personal 30ft dock with 5ft draft, complete with a fish cleaning station. Commercial Ice maker and bait freezer makes this home your perfect fishing headquarters. Immediate water access helps exploring the waters of the FL keys by boat convenient. Four bedrooms (each with their own tv's) are all on one level. The Master Suite has a king size bed with an on suite bath. The 2nd bedroom is a mini master with a queen size bed and it's own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the 4th bedroom that has 2 twin beds.There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The covered upper deck has two comfortable sofa loungers for an outdoor living area that has fantastic views of the water. It doesn't get any better than this! This home has everything you and your family needs to have the best vacation ever! You must be 28 or older to rent. (28-year-old must be present during the entire stay) 7 night minimum Max Occupancy: 10 Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. Positive: Home was beautiful and CLEAN which is a big plus for our group. The amenities were spot on and the view was beautiful. Negatives: slow response from the property manager when we contacted them concerning the Wi-Fi issue (NO TV or WiFi for over a week of the two we stayed). The property next door has commercial garbage dumpsters that were very pungent and attracted flies which were very difficult to enjoy the pool and the beautiful outdoor kitchen/bar which is probably something the owner has no control over. The boat ride from the home to the gulf side is very lengthy and we do a lot of lobstering on the gulf side so that was a inconvenience to us which may not be for others. Overall we enjoyed our stayed loved the beautiful home and will return to visit the Florida Keys next year. K. Thomas

We loved staying here! The home was beautiful, spotless, very convenient to a great boat rental place, and was on a very wide and deep canal with easy access to the open water. As a bonus, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, too!!! Loved it!!!!

All bedrooms are on the same level with lots of space. The view out the sliding door windows is stunning. If you like to hang in the lower recreational area, be mindful there is no bathroom. The bikes and cornhole were a great addition too!
