Location and beach access. Also the availability of local eating establishments that were excellent.
Elevators were slow during peak times with one being out of operation. The deadbolt locking mechanism had to be manipulated to make sure it locked. It possibly needs a bit of maintenance.

I prefer beach side since I’m disabled. Loved other than the tropical storm which we didn’t even get to get into the ocean it was double red flags the entire stay which I feel I shouldn’t have been charged the full amount . Since there was a tropical storm and we didn’t go to pcb just to sit in our condo and go out to eat so that sucks it’s not the owners fault we could not go swim in the ocean but I feel we shouldn’t been charge the full amount . I do highly recommend staying here .
The parking garage was a bit to small for big suvs if it wasn’t for my handicapped decals I wouldn’t have been able to get out of my suv and there was a parking attendant or security what ever they are called to check us in that told us we killed his family and friends the smiled at us . One night I needed a Dr Pepper and he unlocked the door were the vindiing machine were I thanked him and he said thank you doesn’t put money in my pocket , I didn’t trust him at all he game me bad vibes like my gut was throwing out a red flag and not go by my self to my suv alone , that was the only thing I didn’t like
