While providing all the comforts of home, this home also gives you full access to the luxuries and amenities of a 5-star resort. Start off your day, espresso in hand, breathing in the salty air. Head to the on-site gym and stream a Peloton cycling class or stroll along the Miami Boardwalk and take a refreshing dip in the ocean. Grab a lounger by the outdoor pool or claim a spot in the sand as you soak up the Miami sun. Order lunch poolside or head over to Ocean Drive for some afternoon cocktails and people-watching. Retreat to your oasis to prepare for the evening, and wherever the night takes you – whether it be iconic Miami nightlife or a more subdued celebrity-chef dining experience - know that your oasis will be waiting so you can rest and recharge for the next adventure. THE SPACE: • Separate 2 bedrooms + Den, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and balcony. • Spacious 1543 ft² (143 m²) of living space. • Ocean and City view with Southern exposure. • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities include TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in the wonderful hotel amenities, which include: • 2 luxurious pools WET and Mini WET (adults only) • White sandy beach • AWAY 5-star Spa • FIT Gym • Valet parking GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Room service is not available. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $355 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • We require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking. • We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. This large spacious 3br 2bath unit was beautifully furnished, fully equipped and immaculately clean. Two balconies with ocean views, kitchen, washer dryer, plus use of all of the W Hotel’s amenities including pool, gym, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. Numerous great restaurants within a short walk or in the case of Mr. Chow right on site. A great place to relax and unwind and enjoy all that Miami Beach has to offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fine. We had several issues while staying that after several emails, were not addressed. We did not have a working coffee pot which was replaced in day one. Washing machine and tub were not functioning. I emailed concierge and copied other people in the loop and received no response. Very disappointing. I finally reached out directly to Jessica on Sunday and she apologized and gave us a late check out. Very disappointing customer service.

Pros: Location was ideal. Very clean. Hotel amenities were great. Nice Beach with convenient access. Cons: Air conditioning didn’t work very well in two of the three bedrooms. There is construction going on next to the pool. Need Apple TV to watch the televisions.
