The room was spacious and clean. Service was top as well. I received the iron and iron board I requested within minutes. The place was calm location. There was also an AC available.
The possibility to check in late at night (past midnight) was helpful.
Good and rapid communication through booking.
There’s also a storage space to leave luggage.
I can’t think of anything for now.
Caveat for people with mobility issues there are stairs to be taken to access the entry door.
Also bring your adapters if needed to plug items. I have a universal one which comes in handy.

Self check-in worked seamlessly.
Lovely room with a view kitted out with what a traveller needs I.e. comfy bed, very clean, fridge and water provided, kettle and teas,
Large shower.
Exceptionally clean room and throughout the hotel.
Good buffet breakfast, a bonus for a hotel like this.
15 min walk to the centre of Victoria.
I stayed in No.10, which adjoins a residential property. Unfortunately, on one of the nights the residents were quite loud on their terrace until the early hours .
Raised with the hotel, they advised they would take the complaint to the resident (apparently, there is a good relationship between them).

Great B&B, it is small but nice, clean room, good air conditioning, small breakfast.
The position is perfect, close to supermarket and restaurants, in the middle of the Island so you can reach every part in a short time
During summer there is no problem, but just to advise you that the hair dryer is very weak and ineffective
