The interior is well kept. The staff treated us with kindness. Friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We chose the room with a full balcony and loved having two types of chairs- 2 uprights with a table and 2 loungers. It was lovely to have a private outside place to lounge, especially since we stayed a week. Breakfast was included, filling, tasty, and we custom ordered every evening from a menu for the next morning.
They do have a restaurant on-site which serves delicious food. As is common with most eateries in town, they are not open every night. However there are other options up in the town square.
The location is 1/4 mile walk from the town center square where there about 7 restaurants. It's a mile walk to Victoria if you go the back way, although it's a pretty steep incline.
One must play "frogger" when walking, carefully watching for cars. We enjoyed the relaxing, laid back atmosphere of Xaghra. We used a combination of ride share, public buses and walking to get around. We enjoyed the Hop Off and Hop on bus to allow us to get an overview of the Island of Gozo.
We recommend II-Boutique Hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel was updated and clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Our room had a beautiful view from the balcony as well.

Lovely boutique hotel, helpful staff and good breakfast served to your table. Swimming pool on the roof was great to come back to after a day exploring.
Car is recommended and easy as they drive on the same side as UK
