Todo el alojamiento. La habitación, la recepción y la zona de desayuno. El detalle de tener botellas de agua en la nevera y hervidor eléctrico para hacer infusiones en la habitación. La atención del dueño en los desayunos, que consistían en un pequeño y discreto buffet. La cercanía a la estación de tren. La cercanía al centro de Tropea aun estando a las afueras.
El aspecto exterior del edificio, de viviendas de los años 70-80 a las afueras de Tropea, con la fachada deteriorada, por lo que daba una mala imagen (una pena porque el piso estaba reformado y acondicionado con muy buen gusto)

Parcheggio in strada gratuito e a pagamento.
La stanza piccola ma funzionale con tutti i comfort.
La struttura è nuova.
