We loved the location and facilities were beautiful. Caroline was warm and welcoming

The only complaint would be the noise from the floor above us. They were walking around at all hours and it kept us awake

The location was excellent! Lucy was exceptional and very helpful giving us information where to park for free and what to visit.

We did not like the 34 steps up the old wooden narrow spiral staircase. We paid for a superior room, we did not like the slanted low ceiling with a huge wooden beam, it was a real head banger, we had to walk around crouching so as not to hit our heads on the beam, but we hit our heads numerous times anyway. We did not like that there was no tv in the room, there was only a tv downstairs in the common area. For the price we paid we expected better.
