The unobstructed view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. We spent a lot of time out there.
The condo is in the middle of a very active, party area. I didn't realize that when I booked it. We drove to Flounders for dinner Saturday night and it took us the better part of an hour to drive 3 miles. There were a lot of teenagers/college age kids roaming around in groups. There were no incidents but it was just very rowdy and very loud. Lots of kids at the condo as well - some of them running feral around the beach and the pools. We did not have a bad experience - just different than what I expected. If you're looking for solitude this is not your place. Overall, we had an excellent time and the condo was very well appointed.

Love how close it was to the beach
Tv in the second bedroom didnโt work only had two channels. I was told that chairs and umbrellas were included, which was not. Never got an email nor a link to register for parking.
