Set amidst 30 acres of grounds just north of Dunfermline, the ancient Capital of Scotland, Balmule House provides the highest standards of luxury accommodation in opulent surroundings. From the moment we looked around Balmule House and met Franc, we knew that we had found the most perfect wedding venue. Franc was outstanding with clear communication and made us feel so welcome. He always made us feel at ease and we had full confidence and trust that our wedding weekend would be well organised and run smoothly. The Balmule team done an amazing job. We feel very special that we were able to celebrate our wedding there. I would give Balmule House 10 stars if I could. Thank you.

Franc and his staff were amazing.
They were there for anything we needed, but left us to enjoy the house as if it was our home.
Their professionalism was first class and the standard and quality of decor, furnishings and food was outstanding.
Would thoroughly recommend this venue for a wedding.

The house is magnificent, the walled garden, greenhouse and surrounding areas are breathtaking and the view beyond is just beautifully serene. But I believe what truly made the stay memorable is Franc, Charlene and the rest of the lovely staff making the magic happen! They were so warm, kind, accommodating and just knew how to handle everything pertaining to our wedding and stay like true pros. Would love love love to visit again!
