About the space: This new construction home has an open concept first floor that includes a cozy living room featuring a 60” smart TV, couch and two chairs as well as a dining table set for four. The mid-century style kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a big island with seating for two, quartz countertops and all the cookware to enjoy a meal in. Small appliances include a Keurig duo coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster and microwave. The upstairs bedrooms have king size beds, smart TVs and beautiful ensuite bathrooms. The master bathroom has a dual vanity and large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Each bathroom is equipped with hair dryers, luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, makeup remover wipes and more. Washer/dryer located in the upstairs hallway with dryer sheets and laundry detergent. The outdoor backyard off the living room has a dining set for four and gas BBQ. Amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, bar cart featuring a 3-ingredient cocktail book, board games, playing cards, private parking and laundry facilities. We loved the house - it is new, clean and comfortable. The location is great for walking around Paso and is central to driving to the various vineyards. Only heads up - while the house is new, modern, and clean, some of the surrounding houses are a little worn - but it's all good! We would definitely stay here again.

The photos didn’t do the property justice. It was beautiful and clean and cozy. Love at first sight. There were several nice homey touches from the basket of complimentary goodies, to the variety of fun shampoos/body wash/conditioners in hue showers. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

This rental is perfect! Location is the best - you can walk to restaurants, shops, fabulous bakeries and coffee. The downtown area is awesome. Quaint, lots of choices and really friendly people. We hiked, visited wineries and had a great time. This rental is newly remodeled. It’s immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you need. Don’t hesitate booking this rental!

Great location. A contemporary unit and very clean. There is a television in every en-suite bedroom with comfy king size beds. The linens were very nice. Wonderful to wake up to a cup of coffee with cream and sugar or a French press AND snacks. Cannot wait to return.

Front Porch exceeded expectations. Check in was a breeze. The owners were very helpful and even made great recommendations on wineries and restaurants. The house had everything one could need and more (right down to the snacks left for us by the owners). One of our favorite features was that after a day of wine tasting you could walk to all the best restaurants and bars in Paso. If you are planning a trip to this area, this is the place to stay. We are already planning another trip to Paso Robles and Front Porch. Thanks for providing us a true home base for a memorable trip with friends.

We had the very best stay at this perfect gem in the heart of Paso Robles. The home is exactly as the listing and them some. New, we’ll maintained and thoughtfully stocked with anything you could need for a weekend in PR. We used it as a relaxing stop on our way down from San Francisco to LA. Our kids loved that there was a TV in the second bedroom, and games in the living space. We walked everywhere and felt safe being by yourself in a place we knew nothing about. Highly recommend this house, and if life brings us to Paso Robles in the future we will most definitely be back.

The property is expertly decorated with a luxurious feel. It presents like a model home, great space in each area. You feel like you are at a 5-star resort without the hundreds of other people. Appliances are top notch. The ability to do laundry was fabulous. We were able to walk to breakfast and dinner every night vs driving and it was surprisingly very quiet even through it is in town! Nicole was very gracious and a great host.
