The stay was 10/10. The staff was not friendly at check-in. I greeted them. The reviews mentioned that the staff was not friendly, and those reviews were on point.

Easy to find. Near shopping centers. We stayed here previously and enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast is decent with variety from day to day. Staff were fine. I typically don’t use hotel pools or gyms so I can’t comment on how well they were. But the staff were nice.
Cleanliness was lacking. There was hair in the shower and sink. We were given a handicap room with 2 drains on the floor but the water managed to go everywhere but the drain. We had to put a towel down to keep water from going to the rooms carpet. The handicap seat took up some of the shower and you can’t raise it because they installed shower baskets in the wall that block the seat being raised. The bed sheets were on inside out. I pray that they didn’t just turn them over and it was actually just an oversight from the maid. Surfaces were dusty where things normally aren’t used like the top shelf.
