Nestled in Playa Blanca, this attractive villa for $226 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Casa Memoros provides a home from home holiday experience where you will find everything you need to to enjoy your holiday to the full. Boasting 3 seperate outdoor spaces this villa has something for everyone…garden one has the large heated outdoor private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, clothes lines, 8 sun loungers, inflatables, games, bbq, outdoor seating area and dining area for 8 people. You will also have access to three large communal pools. Garden two is the perfect sun trap, spacious and open and includes a pool table, darts board, basket ball, a second bbq and seating area perfect for catching those last rays of sunshine as the sun sets. Garden three has a large, enclosed children’s park area which will keep them entertained for hours. Whether it’s the trampoline, playhouse, slide or swing this area gives your little ones a safe space to explore and play. All three outdoor spaces have lighting so you can continue to enjoy them after the sun goes down. The property has off road parking for up to two cars with a lockable front sliding gate to offer extra security. The first floor is where you will find the large master bedroom providing a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes, air con, hairdryer, large en-suite including a bath, shower and his and her basins. You will also have direct access to two of the three balconies providing stunning mountain and sea views. Table and chairs can be found on both and sun loungers on the larger of the two. The third and final balcony is also located on the first floor and provides a table and chairs with spectacular views. On the ground floor you will find two further bedrooms both with two single beds, bedside table, hairdryer and fitted wardrobes. The large family bathroom is also found on the ground floor with a shower, bath and bidet. There is also a third ground floor toilet for your convenience. The lounge area has leather sofa’s providing seating for 8 adults, one of which turns into a large comfy sofa bed. Here you will find the TV with all English channels, fire stick for all sports, movies, kids etc. PlayStation, DVD player, books, games, brand new fast fibre wifi, dining area and safe. There is a fully equipped, newly fitted kitchen where you will find everything you need if you choose to dine in. Including oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. In the Utility you will find an ironing board and iron, washing machine first aid kit, games and clothes line. Peace of mind for those travelling with children as a cot bed, high chair, potty, toys, stair gates at top and bottom of stairs are all provided free of charge. Casa Memoros is located conveniently close to the main gate which makes calling a taxi easy if you don’t fancy the 5 minute walk to the taxi rank. The Alegranza estate has two local supermarkets, a local bar and two water parks all within walking distance. The nearest beach is 1.2km from the property. Playa blanca and playa Flamingo beaches, bars and restaurants are easily accessible-you can hop on the bus which is a two minute walk away and only costs €1.20 or a 5 minute taxi journey which will cost you less than €4. The Rubicon Marina is also less than €5 in a taxi. A ten minute walk will take you to the Diamond resorts Jardines del sol bar/restaurant for excellent food and drink where happy hour (2 hours every day!) is definitely worth the walk. Check in/out times and days may be flexible- please contact host if you require this. Fully licensed Pool towels included Beds for 6 people, sofa bed and cot bed for extra guests Price is based on 4 guests. Additional guests are charged at £175 per guest per week. We stayed at this villa recently & it was fantastic! Toni was a superb host & communication was easy & Swift. The villa has all you could ask for &more. I will definitely be recommending this villa to family & friends. We’ve stayed in many villas before but this one ticked all the boxes that’s why I’d give it a 5 star rating.

We stayed with family including our 2 year old granddaughter. Villa was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Excellent play area for the little one. Loved the privacy the villa offered. Pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in. Great communication with host Toni. We would definitely stay again ☀️

We are just back from the best 2 week family holiday where this amazing Villa ensured we had the best time. It was very spacious, clean and was exactly like advertised however it's even better when seen in person. The pool was great, cleaned very regularly and the hot tub was put to good use and a lovely way to end the evening. The linen change after week one was great too, all very good. My son enjoyed the Playstation but the pool was the big attraction. As a family we really enjoyed the outdoor space and being able to rotate around the Villa meant we could catch the sun from morning till night whilst playing pool and basketball. The location is very central, plenty of taxis and buses for access to Playa Blanca. We enjoyed the food and drinks at Bailey's Bar and took advantage of the happy hour :) Toni was amazing throughout, very helpful and great communication. We can't recommend this Villa enough, it really is superb and we will definitely be back, thanks for having us.

We are just back from the most fantastic fortnight at this beautiful villa. I honestly can’t fault a thing. The villa is so spacious, and very well equipped. The pool and hot tub were put to good use. Toni was the perfect host with wonderful communication, would definitely book with them again as this house is just perfect for a family holiday, nice quiet location but a short walk to the happy hour at the jardins de sol

This is really a perfect place and has everything you need (and even more) for a relaxing holiday. The villa is fully equipped with games, music, dvd’s, kids toys and playground, pool table, darts, basketbal and off course the whirlpool and swimming pool. We haven’t found the time to do it all 😉 Besides there are three shared swimming pools at the ‘residential’. Both of us and our kids loved the place. Besides, Toni is a very friendly host and available for all your questions!

Lovely villa, loads of room and very clean. The area is really quiet and chilled but it's no more than a 10 minute drive into town for bars, restaurants and beaches. Owners were brilliant and were quick to answer any questions we had about the booking or villa. We'd fully recommend this place, you'd not be disappointed.

The villa was absolutely perfect for our summer holiday. The accommodation was immaculate and the facilities excellent. We enjoyed some days lazing by the pool and then made the most of the pool table and hot tub in the evenings. Toni was fantastic in terms of communication before our stay and she even emailed to check everything was OK on our arrival, which was a nice touch. The guide book left for visitors was really informative about the property as well as things to see, do and places to eat. Personal recommendations are always nicer than Google!! Ideal property for 6 / 8 people (although there were only 3 of us) and is very family friendly. We did hire a car for the duration which we found useful as it made getting around the whole island and doing a food shop easier. However, we saw plenty of people using the buses or taxis. And the electric scooters are a fun way to get in to town / the beach if you don't fancy the walk. Would totally recommend this villa to anyone.
