40 min from the Fort Myers airport, 15 min to Fort Myers down town restaurant's, shops and bars. 30 min to kid friendly Cape Coral Yacht Club beach. 40 min to Fort Myers beach and 40 min to Sanibel and Captiva Island or just relax and grill by our heated pool

We spent three weeks at this property in February and it was wonderful. Everything about the property was first rate from the booking process to check out. The property is as advertised. It is clean, well maintained, in a nice community and reasonably close to two Publix stores. The property is nicely landscaped with privacy hedges along the fence in the back. We would stay here again in a minute. Sadly, it is already booked for next year in our desired timeframe. Well done!
