Not only is this hotel a short walk from a lovely beach, but the hotel staff, from reception to drivers to waiters & bar staff were one of the highlights of our trip. Absolutely lovely people who make you feel at home, have a laugh with you and look after you well. I hope they are paid excellently because they made our stay fantastic.
We were surprised that none of the hotel pools including our room pool were not heated. This can be nice when you are very hot, but because Mykonos is very windy, you don’t often get overwhelmingly hot, so it’s a bit of a cold plunge and slightly heated pools would be much better.

Clean, functional motel style of a hotel, aka a place to sleep, nothing more. Breakfast served at My Aktis hotel was Ala Carte style and sufficient, staff was friendly.
My biggest issue is that from the marketing we expected this is a small boutique hotel. What a surprise when we arrived at a motel looking building and only then we found out this hotel is a depandance of Nimbus My Aktis hotel after our taxi dropped us off and left, not great. So if we would know this would never book this hotel and the marketing should not be misleading. So anything you need, you have to go to the My Aktis hotel down the road. Rooms are really tiny, but we knew that. Could not imagine to spend more then 1 night here.
