The power of the hot water in the shower.
Beds were comfy and we liked pillows as well.
There was a kettle in the room and a small fridge.
Very pleasant surprise was availability of the washing machine.
In the kitchen there was a big fridge and utensils for cooking. Actually there are 2 kitchens so it was not crowded in common areas.
We booked standard triple room and were given a room in basement without a window. This information was not mentioned anywhere when I was booking the room (that there wont be a window). Lady on reception was very nice and could propose us another room with the window.
You can leave your luggage in laundry room after check-out time and pick it up later.
Quality of cleaning in the common area like kitchen area. Microwave was dirty and stove as well. Full of grease and we had to clean everything by ourselves. I do understand that sometimes not all guest are tidy and clean after themselves (which should be the case) but if such incidents happen I think eventually it should be cleaned - like oven and microwave.
Also when we checked in the drawer next to bed was full of garbage from McDonalds from previous guests.
So overall I would say the main problem is cleanliness of the place.

The location is good, especially if you plan to explore the whole island. The shared kitchen is well-equipped and clean.
The inaccuracy, The room I booked was supposed to have a private kitchen. Or so it says in the room description. You pay in advance and you can't cancel. I asked them to correct the description so as not to mislead their future customers, but they refused. The day before I checked out I got a message that I had to leave the room between 8 and 10 am. I asked them to add "tomorrow" to avoid confusion, but they refused. Add to that the fact that in 6 days the bins in the room were not emptied once or the towels changed, and the room smells weird I will definitely not be staying here again, regardless of the very good price.
