Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable linens, plenty of natural lighting, and classic decor to include a bunk room for young children. The west facing backyard is perfect for taking advantage of the Arizona sun and sunsets. You can enjoy the pool year round, relax by the fire, play yard games, golf and much more! The large covered patio provides ample outdoor seating and dinning space to enjoy. This is a prime Arizona location within short distance of sport courts, hiking/biking trails, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and 10 min to Surprise Stadium (Kansas City Royals or Texas Rangers Spring Training), 25 mins from Glendale Recreational area where the AZ Cardinal, and AZ Coyotes play. **The backyard of the property are up to pool code. If you have small children it is VERY IMPORTANT they are not left unattended outside. It is your responsibility to follow all pool and house rules. By booking you are agreeing that your are responsible for all guests in your party on the property** *POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, please inquire at booking. No parties! Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and a fee will be assessed for any noise complaints. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE This home is under 24-hour exterior video surveillance. Failure to comply with the rental agreement policies and rules will result in immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of all paid fees. Owner reserves the right to view cameras. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Surprise Ordinance section 10-195(c). The City of Surprise short term registration/AZ TPT #: 21462095 Guest Access You will have full access to the garage for parking and can park up to three additional cars in the driveway. This includes the security system and cameras. *Garage parking is available as well as 3 parking spots in the driveway. There is no street parking allowed. *Pool maintenance is done on a weekly basis. *Guests are responsible for any damage to this property and its contents. *No lawn furniture on turf. Must stay on pool deck and patio.

The house and it’s amenities were perfect for our diverse group. It was the perfect backdrop for our family get together. The kids were entertained and the adults were comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This was the perfect place for our family of 8 to stay while we were in Surprise to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. She lives in Sun City Grand and we were a very easy 10 min drive away. The house is spacious, with lovely, soothing decor and really comfy furniture. It has a well stocked, big kitchen, plenty of places to hang out together and very comfortable beds. The backyard is great. We enjoyed the putting green, fruit trees and if it were a bit warmer, I am sure we would have loved the pool. The Halverson's are great hosts; responsive leading up to our visit and really thought of everything to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. A definite gem!
