Check-in details are received the day before arrival. Self check-in at the screens in the lobby. Easy. No staff in sight, but they’re reachable by WhatsApp, email, Chat or phone, and information is available with a QR code. Checkout is simply by dropping your key card into the lobby mailbox; your invoice is emailed to you.
A cute Smeg fridge was in my ‘Double Room With Fridge,’ containing two cartons (not plastic bottles) of water. Two brew-in-cup coffee portions, two good-quality teas. Clean room. Lighting appreciated over the table, the reading chair and the bed. Air-conditioning appreciated on a 28-degree day. Comfortable bed. Quiet nights.
Be careful if you’ve got a room with a microwave oven: there was a fire alarm at 7:15 a.m. on my first morning, due to someone doing something unwise.
The loft area, up a few steps from the lobby, holds snacks and chilled beverages, which you self-serve and pay for at the screen.
I enjoyed this hotel experience and would happily stay at Stayery hotels again.

New concrete hotel near the river and the oldtown. Location is great, you can walk everything in the centre. We had a large room and that was great. Great view, good bed, large sofa, good bathroom. We could also park (18 euro pro day), which was convenient . Staff responded quickly via chat and was very friendly. Allthough we never saw them.
Within the hotel there is no staff except cleaning staff. We knew that when we booked, but turns out i missed it. It was a first. You print your own roomkeys. It worked, but a person would nicer. The extraordinary texts in the lobby, lift, …. are over the top. It was a hassle to pay the parking fee (i have no creditcard or applepay), but it worked out in the end. You can pay your coffee in the lobby with a debitcard, but there is no opportunity to pay in the hotel, eg during check-in and there is no staff. A suggestion to also make it possible to pay fees during check-in.

I didn’t like that towels, toilet paper, soap etc were not replenished and you had to go looking for things yourself which most of the time you couldn’t get and nobody there to ask

1. The bed was very comfortable
2. Very clean room
3. I liked the filter coffee, tea and pack of water provided.
4. Super easy check in and very helpful staff
1. The ventilator of the bathroom was out of order
2. Our room was on the first floor and it was so loud outside that we couldn't leave the window open overnight.
3. 1 Shower towel for 2 guests...
