Convenient for the Old Town
On arrival we found the bedsheet had a dried blood stain. As there are no staff onsite we reported this at 2.15pm by email. I was immediately asked for my booking ref, so I assumed they were on the case and we went out to explore Bremen. But on our return in the evening nothing had been done! I then rang and was eventually told that, as there were no longer any staff in the building, they could only change the sheet the next day (which they did). There was no spare bed linen in the room. They did give us a 50% discount on that first night but we had to put up with a bloody sheet for that night
