everything was great the views of the nile fantastic. location in Maadi is accessible to Cairo city/town and all the sights without being in the busy centre
if you have no allergies the food was great, chef who did the eggs was nice and friendly. WIFI strong
supermarket next door so we could shop and cook our own food with special diet
if you have allergies to dairy, nuts and milk and wheat the options are very limited despite having a GF option. it was bread with egg
sausages had milk additivties and pastries with nuts (pistachio) were next to those without so cross contamination possible. we stayed away and went to local supermarket

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Cairo Maadi. Everything was perfect, but what truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional and always ready to help. A very special thank you to Mr. Kareem, Mr. Abdelhameed and Mr. Mohammed Hamden, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their genuine hospitality really stood out. In fact, every member of staff we encountered was lovely and made us feel very well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

The breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel's location in Maadi was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the Nile, making it a great base for exploring Cairo.
