The caravan was nice and clean had everything you needed and the beds where extremely comfortable

The caravan was very well-maintained and extremely clean. Staff were there to greet us on arrival and couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. The beds were comfy and we were provided with a travel cot for our toddler. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped and modern. The site itself is small but, again, well-maintained and we felt safe knowing there was cctv directly facing our van. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodation, particularly as the cost was very reasonable.
It is a bit of a walk into the centre, which wasn’t a problem for us as we drove in. Saying that, there are shops nearby and the Tesco supermarket is in walking distance. If I were to make a suggestion, it would be to possibly provide hand soap in the bathrooms and a tea towel in the kitchen.

Security on site was very good security camera at main entrance there was no issues with uninvited people walking onto the site also peace and quite on site day and night apart from local traffic as this site is next to the A47 lorries and motor bikes passing bye, shower water was set for right temperature so a nice hot shower bedding was clean toilet was very clean as was the caravan some areas looking a bit run down some decorating and repair would be welcome but then it is end of the season.
The young lady who I see when the office was open was very friendly and very helpful.
Finding this site was a nightmare with the way google map on my phone sent me I arrived when it was dark It instructs you to turn off the A47 but you just turn into what looks like a country lane there are No signs regarding Marsh farm you then have to turn right go down a single track road go under the bridge A47 above get to the end turn right and then you see marsh farm the single track road is very handy if your going somewhere via the A47 saves you going by Mill road and extra mileage.
The mattress wasnt comfortable woken up with a pain in my side so had to roll over all the rooms off the little hallway are very small width of doors are smaller than a normal door so had to enter sideways but you soon get used to it not good for extremely large people especially the toilet
