Everything about it been back 4 times ! Perfect get away near the beach ! Close enough to shopping and seafront but also tucked away enough so not ontop ! The river view is beautiful 😍 lovely drinking a cuppa & watching the water flow !
Check in & out times ! its the only place I use that has 5pm everyone else is 2/3pm and check out is 11am but here is 10am and its a rush you cant have a decent lay in and get packed , washed, cleaned up and out
11am check out would be spot on
But its the only thing about the place I dislike if it had diff times I would defo book it more I love a lay in when I stay out expecially if I bring the kids

Very homely and clean. Accessibility great for disabilities. Hosts are very friendly and approachable. Parking on site is a bonus. Near to town centre and Superstores for supplies. Our second time staying. Will definitely be back.

There properly was clean and tidy, the area it is in seemed ok but was disturbed at night with people from the estate carrying on shouting till all hours.
The lift was broken and had been for two weeks before our stay so a 75 year old lady had to climb 60 steps twice a day.
