Special Property Information There are three units in total on the premises sharing a common property entry, however each unit has its own separate access and is fully self-contained with separate outside areas and sound-proof walls and ceilings ensuring each unit’s privacy. Two units are short-term rentals, the third one is occupied by two permanent tenants with two very friendly dogs which are not allowed in the gym area. Please note, whilst the common entry to the premises is flat, there are several stairs leading to the individual units which will need to be a consideration for those who have limited accessibility. This property provides complimentary WIFI, and a password will be provided in your email with all necessary access details or will be available at the property. Please note, however, that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WIFI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic.
