Great location, apartment is well stocked with lots of goodies eg shampoo, conditioner, wine, chocolates, beach towels. Shower was great. Host is responsive and friendly. We could hear the beach from our room. Reasonably priced laundry in the building. Close to Terrigal and Erina. Portable air conditioned in main bedroom and dining room.
A medium amount of stairs to apartment, lots going down to beach. This would not suit anyone with physical disabilities.
Ocean view drive is a busy street.
Bed was too soft for our liking.
These are all just personal preferences and probably would not bother a younger couple or family.

The apartment was so cozy and homely. Loved that it was right on the beach. A stone throw away from Terrigal cafes and restaurants.

Near to the beach
We thought the property will have beach in front as per the pictures posted on booking app but we had our unit facing the street. Walk path to upstairs was not presentable & no lights it was difficult to walk in the dark.
