This cottage was perfect for a girls weekend and would be perfect for a couple getaway or family time. Dennis was fantastic with communication and making me feel welcomed. You would expect to stay in a cabin when you go to the Smokies but this cottage was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Great location, I mean AWESOME!!! Comfortable, upgraded, walk in showers, no stairs. Perfect for my mom and aunt. The only issue we had was the frost early in the morning made the ramps slick, but you can’t help mother nature. This is by far my favorite home I have ever stayed at!!!! Highly highly recommended. We liked the cottage so well we didn’t want to go anywhere. Perfect for my two fur babies too! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Will definitely want to come back! PS - We loved the accent walls!

Beautiful cottage is very convenient to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge attractions . It has a secluded feel but not far off of the main road. My family and I instantly felt right at home with the warm and cozy feeling. We had a wonderful time here, Dennis was very responsive, and overall enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was clean easy to find, plus it was updated. When you review the photos online they correct. Dennis responded to my emails quickly. The only thing and it wasn’t an issue for us but the parking it is tight. We had a Chevy truck and explorer it was a challenge but it worked. I would stay here again.

100% Amazing, small but comfortably big and worth every penny! Patio in the late evenings was the place to be. Thanks for hosting us - was home away from home!

This location was very convenient to everything. Property was very clean. The house is really nice and updated. Nice patio with grill and must needed fan for the hot weather while we were there. We loved the video game! The only thing missing were some hot pads, and I would've liked at least two dish clothes and towels. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really nice. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very nice and worked with us to insure we could bring our dog.

We loved where this is located. Close to everything! Gatlinburg just 10 minutes and so much to do in Pigeon Forge. The only drawback is the driveway is steep. But we managed. Nicely decorated.

We enjoyed how modern the cottage was and the beds so so comfortable. The location was the best we have found. It is the last traffic light leaving Pigeon Forge before going into Gatlinburg.

This property is wonderful! The location was ideal-- central to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville; mere minutes to ziplining, putt-putt golf, Dollywood and hiking in the Smokies. We enjoyed the cottage itself; k-cups stocked for morning coffee, kitchen equipped to be able to make a few meals at home, and the beds were very comfortable. The endless hours we spent on the arcade playing all the old- school games, and watching free Disney plus were great fun, too. Dennis & Sasha were very cordial in their communications, and I highly recommend them as superior hosts!

Dennis and Sasha go out of their way to ensure your vacation in the Smokies will be restful and comfortable. The house is extremely clean with multiple small luxuries from the glassware, coffee maker, comfortable bed, to the beautiful interior design, and TVs with access to Disney+. The location couldn’t be better as most sights are within a 10-20 minute drive. If you are looking for the perfect VRBO stay, this is it!

Perfect location for Pigeon Forge activities as well as hiking in the Smoky Mountains. The home is cozy and very clean. Perfect getaway for four!!

Home is tastefully decorated and perfect for small family or a couple. Backyard is small but nice; home is on a quiet dead end up on the hill. Two minutes and you are on the parkway. Gatlinburg is maybe 15 minutes away; perfect location. Dennis is very responsive and was great to work with. So many luxe touches throughout the home really makes it special!

My husband and I stayed in this home for our anniversary. This cute little house was extremely clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the house was overall very cozy for 2-4 people. Best of all was the location which was very close to the Parkway!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Only one minute off of the parkway but felt very secluded also. Exactly what we wanted. Property looked exactly as pictured and Dennis answered any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.
