Situated in Lake Martin, this lovely house for $500 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Abigail’s Lake Haven is a charming 4br/2ba home that sleeps 10, situated on an almost flat lot, just off a big branch of water tucked away from the busy main channel; an area ideal for fishing tournaments. This home is the place to go when you want to escape from your hectic lifestyle and enjoy some peace and quiet with your family. There is plenty of room for entertaining on the large deck or just sitting back, relaxing, and watching beautiful sunsets. When walking up to the property you will be immediately greeted with a stunning view! Enter the home into a spacious living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. Then take a step out into the amazing sunroom overlooking the lake. The sunroom has an additional dining table, a Keurig coffee bar with K-Cups, and two glider chairs where you can sit all day and take in the beautiful surroundings. The master bedroom is located just off the living room with a king bed, lake view, and a bathroom. You will find a baby bed, highchair, playpen, and an extra fold-out twin bed in the closet. The two guest bedrooms, both with queen beds, are on the adjacent side of the living room with a shared bath in between. The playroom/bunk room is next to the kitchen and is ideal for kids of any age. Equipped with a large TV for gaming or movie watching, a foosball table, 2 sets of bunks, and some cozy bean bag chairs. This will surely keep them entertained on those rainy days! Extra amenities include a gas grill, an open jet ski port, paddle boards, life jackets, and a small covered boat slip (ideal for a john boat or a jet ski). Dare Power Park has located only 3 miles away that offers a boat ramp, playground, fishing piers, sandy beach area, and more. **PLEASE BE ADVISED THE WATER LEVEL WILL DROP 7 FT BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER AND WILL BE COMPLETELY LOWERED BY NOVEMBER. IT WILL NOT BE AT FULL POOL TILL MAY. WHEN BOOKING DURING THESE MONTHS PLEASE CONTACT US TO ENSURE USE OF DOCK ** Jordan-Hare Stadium is only 30 miles away. *HOUSE RULES* Must be 25 years and older to book. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am This is a no-smoking property No pets allowed The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. For safety reasons, please do not use the boat lift. The power is disconnected and any damages will result in a loss of deposit. Please respect the neighbors and the fact the home is in a slough. When entering the slough, remember other families will be swimming and enjoying the lake and try not to cause a wake. All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place, in a quiet area with a great view of the Lake, beautiful dock and lot. The home was very nice, clean and updated with a nice back porch. We had a great time there and would recommend it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lot of fun at Abigail's. Everything was stocked nicely and it was very clean. The kayaks and the paddle boards were a hit with the kids! However the electrical plugs did not work at the deck and we wanted to blow up tubes and floats there. They also have a major ant problem, there were ants all over our food! We called about the outlets was told they would send someone out of course no one came, they never responded about the ant problem. We ended up going to Walmart and buying Ant Spray. I would give five stars except for these two issues.

Good venue for family get together and guests. The weather did not cooperate, but great lake location.

The back porch/sunroom was a great place to sit in the mornings and evenings and take in the view. The huge lot is great for large families - with kids who like to roam, and several trucks with boat trailers!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The house was spotless and had everything you needed. The beds and pillows were wonderful. The house is located in a nice quote cove, which is perfect for being able to float or use the paddle boards that come with the house. There is a grocery store within 10 minutes, which was great. We will definitely stay here again!
