Very good

Modern facilities with all necessary kitchen utensils, laundry machines. Apartment is spacious, clean and bright and nice furniture. Excellent cleaning staff

Can use more explanations for A/C control. Did not receive correct door code for check in until very last minute

It was wonderful; exceeded our expectations & felt like home!

Very spacious & modern. Excellent location. So clean & comfortable, equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Felt like home away from home.

Bit of trouble finding the parking at first and w the door code.

Exceptional

Fabulous location and a very large comfortable suite. Full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We were really happy with how close it was to the beach. Air conditioning was really appreciated on a hot day and worked very well. Next time we will definitely book a longer stay.

It is on a main road, so you can hear the traffic a little in the living room area. The bedrooms are at the back, however and basically soundproof.

Great location. Walk distance to beach, playground, restaurants and retails.

Super clean. Well equipped kitchen and host Karen is very responsive and helpful.

Very comfortable and very convenient. Excellent kitchen---we cooked breakfast every morning.

There is no office or place to check in! Had difficulty with the arrival and departure procedure because I am not that techno-savvy and did not have e-mail on my phone. My granddaughter managed that for me. Older/Luddites will need cell phone fluency or help with managing that. Of course Karen was readily available on the phone to help out.

Staying at Beach Suites was apleasnt surprise, providing with lots of space and many lovely perks to make us feel right

enjoyed the spaciousness, the dishwasher plus washer and dryer, thank you for the wine, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, Nancy was a terrific go-to for questions, and her partner welcomed us when arrived.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t see the water, but we loved the three bedrooms, two bathroom’s, all the space and cupboards. The parking was not assigned, but the underground parking was there, There were lots of stairs to the beach, but close to the stores

perfect location for a family escape to Parksville

Great location, only a walk to the beach and restaurants. Suite was very modern and well equipped. Will definitely go back there

A fun weekend for our family!

Karen sent us the information about the key code in advance and then responded to us immediately when we texted our arrival as we were a bit early and promptly unlocked the code for us. So easy! The place was perfect for us - myself and my husband, my son and daughter-in-law and my two grand-daughters. It was great having three bedrooms! The beach is so close and there are so many great restaurants around. The kitchen is also completely stocked so it was easy for us to cook up a nice dinner one night.

The property was excellent - the only issue was we were there over family day weekend and a lot of the tourist venues were closed for the season but the weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time walking on the beach and playing board games so great family time anyway.

Family stay

Impeccably clean, well furnished, comfortable beds! Easy to walk to all amenities. Lively oceanfront boardwalk is just minutes away on foot. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, tools, appliances.

Road noise was a little bothersome for those sleeping in living room. Bedrooms had zero noise problems.

Loved the space. Great for families. Great little touches.

There are a lot of windows in the living area and the blinds didn’t seem to provide enough coverage. Felt like the windows need to be greyed out or curtains might be more suited. The Tv in the master did not have internet/connection so it didn’t work.

We couldn’t fault it for comfort and convenience!

clean as a whistle! well stocked with crockery etc the beds were really comfortable hand towel and face washer each as well as many bath towels great for 2 couples on holiday or families close to beach short drive to cathedral grove, waterfalls, Coombes etc

2 bedrooms without windows might be off putting for some people. .

Excellent place to stay for your vacation

Location is excellent. Close to beaches and other attractions. Inside is spacious and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with everything. Host is very kind and helpful. There were free snacks and red wine too! very impressive!

Wish pillows were firmer or we could have different choices. Air conditioner was too strong sometimes it could get too cold. There were 4 units of TVs in total. Kids watched all day! :)
