Strongly Do Not Reccomend!!!

Just location

I have so many things to say, but long story short: 1. Wrong Accommodation and Poor Communication The owner did not provide us with the accommodation we booked. We had reserved a house with two beds and one sofa bed, but the owner claimed they had confused us with other people. We arrived at the accommodation at 3:30 PM, just an hour and a half after the check-in time. When they realized their mistake, they were unwilling to correct it, insisting that their priorities outweighed ours. They didn't even contact the guests who were given our booked unit; instead, they simply told us we needed to accept the alternative. We found it impossible to communicate with them as they refused to listen to us. However, they did call Booking.com and spoke about the situation. We then received a call from Booking.com, who stated they would issue a refund so we could move out. This was at 6:00 PM, when it was already dark and we were traveling with three children. The owner refused to speak with us directly, calling Booking.com and attempting to have us kicked out. We refused to leave for one reason only: it was dark, and we could not find and move into another house with children at that hour. If we had had the time, we would have moved immediately. We have never experienced such a situation. It was truly awful. 2. Unacceptable Cleanliness We eventually entered the alternative unit—a house with one bed and two sofa beds. It was incredibly dirty. The trash hadn't been taken out, causing a terrible stench. There was a thick layer of dust all over the floor. As you can see from the shower picture, the dust on the toilet mat alone was appalling. Despite claiming they had cleaned the house, there was no sign of it. My children complained that the blankets had a sour smell. The condition of the curtain is self-evident in the picture. The oven, when turned on, released an old, oily smell. 3.

Good and cheap place for a short stay in Krakow

Good appartment, nothing fancy though. We enjoyed spending time in the Garden and just a short tram ride to town.

Not much Space to eat in the kitchen
