Proche(500m) de la station terminus de bus (gua gua) de Morro Jable, il permet de rayonner en bus publics vers les superbes plages du sud de Fuerteventura - dont l'exceptionnelle plage de Cofete. Situé hors de la zone touristique des grands hotels, ses magasins - dont l'Hiperdino à 400m - affichent des prix très abordables pour les résidents! Son canapé en cuir est très confortable et sa cuisine bien équipée; l'appartement a été refait et meublé récemment.

Situé en face d'un jardin d'activité avec mini-terrain de foot, il est assez bruyant jusqu'à 1h du matin (même les jours d'école!). Il dispose d'une climatisation dans le salon, qui ne beneficie pas à la chambre située trop loin. L'appartement très propre à l'arrivée ne dispose pas d'un service de ménage, ni d'un aspirateur.

Great apartment, even for an extended stay! Lots of space, a well equipped kitchen and a great, quiet location just a 20 minute walk from the beach. It was quite easy to work remotely for a couple of days during the holiday, with great internet in the living room. Initially, we booked a car, but there is a Super Dino supermarket within a 3 minute walk and a Spar on the way from the beach, so we ended up walking most of the time.
