Peaceful location, ease of access, helpful staff

Not so clean lenin, broken commode seat, cramped room

Het is rustig gelegen en heeft een mooie tuin met zwembad om te relaxen. Er zijn voldoende voorzieningen in de directe omgeving. Het strand is 10 minuten lopen. Het bed was goed. Ook de douche was goed. Vriendelijk personeel, goede ontvangst. Je kunt er ook lekker eten.

good place, it is as shown in the pictures. we arrived late at night and checked out in the morning. the room was spacious. the AC was a bit far from the bed - for us it was fine as we visited during Chennai winters (i know) but I'm not sure how it would be during the summers. there was a standing fan as well. the bathroom was clean and hygienic.

our room was on the 2nd floor and the building was without a lift, and we had big bags. thankfully the staff helped us with the bags, otherwise would have been difficult. the parking is outside the premises so i was a bit concerned about safety.

The staff is courteous. Beach is 10-15 minutes walk. Safe hood.

Room - the curtain was broken. The switchboard next to the bed was not working. The room is small. The Internet is a hit or a miss. Also - the brick house is next to this property. Not worth the spend.

Spacious studio unit with a table that clean be used for both work and dinner with family and friends. More privacy is there. Parking space was sufficient. Location was close to city. Staff was very cooperative. Overall value for money.

Pent house entrance door movement had noise and a sign board for push or pull might help.
