The only real positive was the location, the apartment is very close to the beach, which was convenient.
It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either.
The situation at the beginning of our stay was very stressful and frightening. Nobody at the reception knew anything about the apartment, and since the apartment was actually located in a different hotel, we initially thought we had been scammed. It took some time and several phone calls before we finally understood what was going on.
The owner was supposed to meet us personally for check-in. We waited for him, but he never showed up. Only after I contacted him myself did he tell us that the keys were in a lockbox.
The apartment itself was also not properly prepared. It was dirty and was clearly not prepared for 5 people, even though we had made a reservation for five guests. We had to ask for additional bed linen, a pillow, and other necessities for the fifth person.
There were also no basic essentials, such as garbage bags or enough toilet paper. The bathroom door was broken and could not be properly closed, which was very uncomfortable and inconvenient.
The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was not working. To make matters worse, on the last day there was no water at all, so we could not even take a shower before leaving.
We were also disappointed by the condition of the apartment compared with the photos shown on Booking
