Very clean, comfortable bed, fantastic well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook some healthy meals, had a kettle which we love as we are tea drinkers, great bathroom and love the access to the gymnasium. Very easy to enter the apartment, even though there is no concierge. Communication via sms and email is perfect, and they were very responsive.
Nothing - loved it and I will be back.

The property was perfect.
The Fire drill / Fire alarm was so annoying. It started from 08:00 and I was planning to sleep until 10:00 but wasn't able to do so. I also just thought 16:00 is too late for a check in but it was my friend who booked it for us.

Great location! 15 minute straight shot walk to Pike Place market or walk the other direction for numerous restaurants, shops and bars literally right next door. Any time I reached out to staff for help or guidance they responded immediately and were very kind. No issues at all with the room or the facilities. Great view and loved the big windows in the room as well.

Good location, clean.
The room I booked online (exact room photos not just general listing) looked nothing like the room I was placed in, it was super dark facing a cement wall with small window, which I would not have booked. I had to argue with customer service for 3.5 hours on the phone getting different answers from each person to change my room to a better one. One of them said they’d switch for free, then the next said they won’t switch and also would charge me $600+ to “upgrade the room, even though this was their issue. After being on the phone for hours, I finally got them to switch rooms for a portion of the trip only. I’ve stayed in 3 different Sonders in different cities but this will be my last Sonder stay based on this experience.
