Very clean and very quiet
Expensive for the location it’s in and for the lack of on-site staff

I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and responsive, and patiently helped me resolve some issues during check-in. I especially appreciated the building’s secure access control, which made me feel safe. I would happily recommend this place!
Everything is good.

Apartment was spacious & bed was comfortable.
Parking was a nightmare. They really need to get an overnight contract with someone nearby. The recommendation for something an "8 minute walk" away is ridiculous when you have suitcases and other traveling gear.
I wouldn't stay here again because of it.

Good location, clean.
The room I booked online (exact room photos not just general listing) looked nothing like the room I was placed in, it was super dark facing a cement wall with small window, which I would not have booked. I had to argue with customer service for 3.5 hours on the phone getting different answers from each person to change my room to a better one. One of them said they’d switch for free, then the next said they won’t switch and also would charge me $600+ to “upgrade the room, even though this was their issue. After being on the phone for hours, I finally got them to switch rooms for a portion of the trip only. I’ve stayed in 3 different Sonders in different cities but this will be my last Sonder stay based on this experience.
