un petit studio ou tout était prévu pour notre arrivée ( petit rafraichissement , mot de bienvenue....
patrice est très prévenant et à l écoute de ses locataires , disponible à souhait et présent pour que tout se passe au mieux

un petit bémol ascenseur en panne , mais les techniciens étaient présents pour la réparation

L'emplacement est très bien, l endroit est très calme et il y a la climatisation. la place de parking disponible.souvent proche de l appartement est appréciable.
La salle de bain est bien.
Cet appartement est bien pour un couple.
La cuisine était un peu petite et les éléments un peu abîmés.

Es war günstig
Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und auch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Klappsofa zum Schlafen, Klobrille lose, sehr viele Moskitos im Appartement, auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter keine Hilfe zur Beseitigung erhalten außer elektrische Fliegenklatsche, Zigarettenqualm von Nachbarappartements zogen trotz geschlossener Fenster in die Räume.
