Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee. Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. This is a terrific house. It worked very well for me and my wife as we had an appointment at Mayo Clinic but also wanted to enjoy the beach.

We had the best trip with an amazing host! The kids had the absolute best time in the house. We loved the elevator but the kids loved the bath in the shower feature for nightly bubble baths! We are definitely coming back!

This was our 1st time away as a family since our son was diagnosed with cancer. This was the perfect spot for us! Very clean and close to the beach. Our kids had their own rooms and loved playing ping pong to end each day. We will always look back with a smile for this vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer but had to be back home early

We loved our stay at Surfside! The house has a highchair, pack n play, and stair gates, which made it so much easier for us to stay with my youngest - much less to pack. The master suite is incredible; the kids loved the tub. The appliances and furnishings are super nice and new. The swings on the balcony are comfortable to hang out in. We visited during spring break, and the area was quiet, as you're south of the bars and restaurants, but not too far. They're a very quick drive. The beach access was awesome - the walkway is less than a block from the house, the beach is clean and not too crowded, and the few neighbors we spoke with were nice. Spoke to management via text when a smoke detector was beeping, and they were responsive and nice. This is definitely a property we'd visit again!

This is absolutely an amazing place to stay at. The home was fabulous. It was fully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation from. Very clean and updated home. This was more than a home away from home and only a few steps away from the beach. We will definitely go back. Can’t express enough how much our family loved it.
