Amazing!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. The pool is incredible, super clean and huge, in the middle of the trees and greenery. Breakfast was also very good. We had an amazing time in this place! Additionally the service was beyond expectations - I forgot my Kindle in my room and the staff made sure it was sent to me in Siem Reap the next day. Literally saved my trip. Overall a great experience.

Excelente estancia con personal muy amable.

El desayuno muy bien; suficiente para comenzar el día, buen café, fruta con yogurt y granola y algo de pan con mantequilla y mermelada; además el servicio muy atento.

Séjour fatiguant !

L’établissement est très joli, très bien décoré. Les chambres sont vraiment belles. Le personnel était très agréable.

PAS D’ACCÈS INTERNET !!!. Apparemment c’est normal et ça ne capte pas bien. Mais je trouve que c’est quelque chose à dire avant que les gens arrivent car nous avions besoin de programmer le reste de notre voyage, appeler notre famille etc. Et cela n’a pas été possible. TRÈS BRYANT !!! Les chambres sont situées en bordure d’une route très passante. Immobile de dormir correctement la nuit. Les voitures, scooters, camions qui passent, chiens qui aboient plusieurs fois en plein de milieu de la nuit. REMPLI DE MOUSTIQUES ! Les fenêtres de la chambre sont très mal faites. Il y a de grandes ouvertures et les moustiques passent, même les fenêtres fermées.

Si hay que visitar Battambang no dudes en alojarse aqui

Nos ha encantado la habitacion, enorme y limpia con balcon privado....limpísima y con agua disponible en botellas de cristal...el staff encantador......super amables...una noche no quisimos ir al centro y nos ayudaron pedir take away para cenar alli...la piscina preciosa....zona bar tb....desayuno muy completo y suficiente...servicio de 10 de todo el equipo...ubicado a unos 10 minutos en tuk tuk del centro...lo cual no es un impedimiento porque el centro no vale mucho..

No nos gusto Battambang....pero para nada...no lo imaginamos asi...pensabamos que siendo 2 ciudad del pais sería muy diferente pero esta lleno de polvo, suciedad y el walking district es una broma....lo siento pero ha sido una decepcion muy enorme...no obstante si se tiene que venir el oh battambang es una eleccion buenisima.

Oh Battambang how we love thee

Lovely space, fresh clean and real boutique Bali vibes. Our bathroom was a really chic concrete wet room and bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Pool, breakfast and gardens lovely.

Slightly far out but worth the longer walk.

Si quieres alojarte en un sitio realmente especial y espectacular con mucho encanto en Battambang, este es tu hotel.

El edificio y las instalaciones son preciosas. La vegetación que está alrededor de la piscina le da un toque especial. Todo el estilo colonial del hotel hace que tenga mucho encanto. Las fotos son tal y como aparecen en booking. La habitación muy grande y limpia. Cama cómoda. Para el desayuno puedes elegir entre asiático y occidental y este último es bastante completo (zumo, yogurt con cereales, huevo frito, fruta variada y croisant con mantequilla y mermelada). La atención del personal es magnífica; muy educados y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites y siempre con una sonrisa en la boca. Es verdad que está un poquito alejado del centro pero en Tuk Tuk por 1 o 2 dólares se llega en un corto paseo. Este hotel para pasar una o dos noches en Battambang lo recomiendo 100%

Ruime kamer met goede badkamer. Lekker ontbijt. Fijne ambiance. Iets verder van centrum maar met tuktuk snel bereikbaar. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Lovely space, but construction work at pool and customer service didn’t match the place

lovely rooms and space in general, tastefully decorated.

There was construction loud work going on at the swimming pool area, the manager didn’t address the issue properly, so I was not able to enjoy the space as planned. Checked out the day after because of it.

Not as advertised

Quite area and friendly staff

Our room was not quite proof as advertised as it can join to other room with 2 sliding doors. No mini bar, no lounge, no pool view, smaller beds than advertised. Had 1 queen and 3/4 and not king and queen. No hot water if you don't shower early in the morning.

Superb

The hotel is furnished with great attention to detail. The owner attaches great importance to social responsibility and sustainability. Thumbs up for that! We had a problem with our room at the beginning, which was solved quickly and to our full satisfaction. The breakfast is delicious. When booking, it is better to choose a room with a balcony so that you get a bright room.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay

Beautiful, calm, quiet and airy hotel with a lovely foyer and garden area. Rooms were simply decorated yet very comfortable and relaxing. staff were friendly and helpful. location was within east walking distance of the small centre.

Lovely facilities, disappointing breakfast and short of staff

The person in charge, actually the only person that night (it was NY's eve, to be fair) was absolutely lovely. But she was THE ONLY one around and couldn't do everything. The room and facilities in general are lovely. Lovely decoration and design and a great swimming pool garden. They didn't offer anything for NY's eve, which seems a bit of a shame for a boutique hotel.

Hot water (at least in that particular room) took about 15 minutes (not exaggerating). The lighting in the bathroom was really poor. The breakfast was very disappointing particularly for that price. Again, the receptionist was absolutely lovely and the hotel very nicely decorated and designed.

Lovely Stay!

It’s a beautiful property nestled just outside the main city. The staff was wonderful. The room was large and maintained well. It was clean. I love that the restaurant that they order meals from supports those with disabilities. I would definitely stay here again. They organized to have my laundry cleaned and returned next day as well. It was priced fair and if I’m ever to return to Battambang, I would stay there again.

I would love to have seen a gym on property, wider variety for breakfast and the beds were hard… but that’s not uncommon in Asia.

Superb

The hotel is new, rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and assertive. There is a lovely yard where the breakfast is served. The hotel is located in a quiet side street north of the city center. it is just a five minute’s Tuktuk ride to the center.

Highly recommend!

Everything! it was a pleasure staying at this property. The photos really don’t do justice to the beauty of the hotel. It has an atmosphere of zen and the management and staff go out of the way to help you. We agree with previous reviews! Every detail in the hotel was thought through and pleasing.

Beautiful garden, friendly and attentive staff.

The facility has much charm from the garden to the pool garden. Its beautiful. Staffs are friendly and attentive.

The room has no hot water, coffee machine did not work. I mentioned indirect to the staff with no resolve, but sure that it would have been resolved if I was more direct. It's secluded from town, not much going on around the facility, except for the nightly neighbor karaoke could be unbearable to guess, but ok with me.

New hotel built during covid. Confortable room. Good wifi. The manager speak good english and very helpfull. Excellent price quality ratio.

Oh Battambang, named after one of our favorite Sinsisamuth songs, is probably one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels we’ve stayed at in Cambodia. Lovely design and architecture and the staff absolutely warm, friendly, and hospitable! They took such good care of us!

Exceptional

The hotel has been, hands down, the best we have experienced in Cambodia so far. The whole premise is beautiful, lush and green, away from the main road. The pool is great and the interior is amazing. Each staff member was very kind. The breakfast is tasty, with only one option at the moment and the location is a short ride away from the busy city center. We would go again and again and again.
