The family who run this are very lovely people, always happy to help, and make sure your stay is very pleasant.
From a free pickup we hadn't expected to a complimentary upgrade to bus snacks and gifts on departure, it was all about the little things. Recommendations, water bottles, sourcing the breakfast croissants from a local baker, bikes for use, umbrellas by the door, all the little things.
As for the beds, my partner is a side sleeper which can be a rough time in SE Asia, but an extremely comfortable bed and pillows meant she got some of her best sleep on our holiday, which always makes the holiday a little better.
The area is great, not in the thick of it but near enough for a pleasant walk, while being peaceful and near some great little cafes (the Cafe at the art gallery has a lovely view and the K Cafe makes great fruit sodas).
The tour guide they work with (Mr Khem Ry) is genuinely fantastic, so if you're unsure about the tours they're offering, you'll be in very safe hands.
The only thing I didn't like is that I ran out of time to jump in the inviting looking pool.

It is family run. Great welcome by two lovely ladies, refreshments etc and looked after me during my stay. Very clean, nice rooms. Hood location. Highly recommended.

Honestly when I say you feel instantly welcomed and at home, it's not an exaggeration. Kicked off with a pick up from the bus station that we hadn't even expected, we were literally looking at walking when we saw the driver with my name! Mun and her family are the sweetest people, we arrived and got a drink, fresh fruit, snacks and smiles from the get go. We arranged a full day tour through them and had a great driver and experience.
The rooms are wonderful, very calming, no bugs inside, comfortable bed, good aircon, bathroom was large with great lighting and a good shower. There was a fridge in the room, plenty of storage options and even an electric diffuser to add to the spa feel. The pool area, while small, is lovely and the pool itself is clean.
Location is also great! A 10 mins walk across the bridge to the main town for all food and drink options.
I can't stress enough how lovely the people are. While waiting for our driver to leave, Mun gives us snacks and drinks, with no prompt or expectation.
Genuinely sad to not have spent more time here.

Really nice welcoming family.
Always greeted with a smile by all.
Gave some delicious sweet treats as well which was nice.
Even had a surprise tuk tuk pick me up from the bus.
Comfortable bed a and pillows .
Spotlessly clean.
