Situated in Riverview, this lovely house for $183 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Your friends and family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, completely remodeled, 4 bedroom 2 bath Ranch Style getaway. Every detail in Riverview Ranch was carefully curated to give you an "off-the-beaten-path" experience with a modern twist. The home offers a fully fenced-in front and back yard with a 24-foot front porch and a 55-foot back deck complete with a pool table, outdoor living room, and yoga/calisthenic exercise area. ONLY 10 miles to Tampa & more. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: Bedroom one comes furnished with two twin beds, bedroom two provides a full size bed, bedroom three provides a queen-size bed, and bedroom four offers a king-size bed. All of our mattresses are Zinus Memory foam known for their feel and comfort. A full-size sofa and extra linings are provided in the living room space if additional sleeping arrangements are required. The optimal amount of guests in our home would be 8 people, but the home can host up to 10 people if you’re willing to work with one another or draw some straws! KITCHEN: The home offers a full-size open kitchen concept. It is fully equipped and offers new quartz countertops with a 3-person barstool seating arrangement, grey shaker cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove w/ oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll have the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals (silverware, pots, pans, and plates). Additionally, we provide a Keurig coffee maker, assorted k-cup options, creamer, stirrers, sugar, blender, salt, pepper, water bottles, and cooking oil. LIVING ROOM: One of the best things about going on vacation is making memories with friends and family! Our living room is designed to provide the perfect space to do just that! Our recently built entertainment center boasts a 65-inch ROKU smart tv where you’ll be able to log into all your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, HBO Max, ESPN +, and many more! The 60-inch electronic fireplace provides the perfect backdrop for you to turn on the heater on a chilly night or just enjoy the vibes provided by the electronic flames. Whether watching TV together or enjoying a card/board game, our living room is set up to entertain! Guest access You’ll have full access to the entire main home, designated parking space for up to 3 vehicles on the right side of the driveway in front of the main door deck area (side of home parking is for a separate mother-in-law suite situated in a private fenced in area in the back of home). Full front and back deck access and fenced-in back yard. Additional parking is available outside the front fence area in front of the home if necessary, please ask before utilizing this space. Other things to note In an effort to maintain the premises secure, our home is equipped with four exterior ring cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside of the home. Please ensure to park on the right side of the driveway as you enter the property, this ensures that the separate parking space on the left side of the home is not obstructed and there is no flow of vehicle issues during your stay.

This house was absolutely beautiful. The decor was super cute and well thought out. It felt like home. Since it was close to a main road, there was plenty of things like Dunkin, Starbucks, McDonalds and places to do groceries. The host was friendly and we had no issues. Will definitely stay again the next time we go back to the area.

This was an amazing property! We enjoyed our stay, even if it was just for one night. The house is beautifully decorated and modernized. The rooms were comfortable, bathrooms were beautifully renovated and decorated and the black tile really made it pop! The outdoor area in the back, has a nice seating area with great and fun picture opportunities. It was very nice overall and we are glad we chose to stay here!!

Central location between Tampa & Sarasota, quiet area close to the cutest plaza with Publix, food options and even a bar. Home smelled great, AC kept up with heat index. Kitchen is not fully stocked, would not depend on preparing full meals. Luis is a life saver! We have a daughter with sensory issues, she left a pair of shorts (of the few she will actually wear) on the bed. He mailed it to us as we live 3 hours away. If we head the the area again, would surely re-book!

We had a great stay here. We had 8 in our group and we fit comfortably. They had a nice big dining room table where we played cards at. The porch out back had a nice seating area to relax, pool table and games. We enjoyed our stay here.

My wife and i and a few friends rook a long weekend to enjoy Tampa and St. Pete. This hime was very nice and comfortable for 7 of us that attended. House was clean and provided us a great place to sleep. We weren't able to take advantage of some of the bonus' of the house, but i am sure a family would love this place.

We needed a place to stay while visiting family for holidays in the area, this property was quiet, clean and fit our needs. I liked that there were many extra blankets available which we needed because there was a cold snap. We did manage to do some cooking for the family celebrations although the kitchen was very minimally stocked, that is an area that could be improved upon with larger and more pots, pans, cooking dishes, etc.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Property just as described and very quiet neighborhood. Home was extremely clean and beds are very cozy!! Luis was great and very responsive and was able to accommodate my request for early check in since we arrived earlier than expected!! Would definitely come back here!!
