Unsafe. Over-priced. Trouble accessing the Unit.

Nothing. Nothing.

There was no key to get in when i arrived at 330. I got an email saying to check in early at 3pm. I had to get a taxi to another location to get ready for an official event in Oaks Bluff at 5pm. I was very disappointed. For that kind of money, i shouldn't have had to rush to another location to get ready for an official ceremony. The location is next to a tenement with active narcotics users out-front. The pillows were dirty. I got an email two hours before checkout that there was another key location in the back., which was useless at that point. They sent the typical "we're sorry for the inconvenience ", email but offered no reconciliation for the major inconveniences and unsafe conditions. Even the local Police advised that's not a safe place to be at night. Not worth the money and @bookings.com should avoid listing this rental. Bookings.com is promoting a rental in an area of known drug users. The bathroom is only good for young adults. Less than 14 inches between toilet and wall to sink. The pillows had old food on them. If you want to charge Harbor house Inn prices, you better provide good service and in a safe location with enough room for 2 adults.

Great place and location for a few days on MV- everything you could possibly need.

The place was great and clean. location was perfect. I had everything I needed and it was very quiet. great windows to open in the morning, amenities were exactly what I needed for my jam packed schedule to come and go easily when needed. bed was comfortable- for a solo MV trio it was perfect.

some clutter around the property- but didn’t bother me- I was barely there.

Disappointing, poor service, but it was clean.

No breakfast. Good location.

They said there would be an iron there. There wasn't. I called twice to complain and was told that an iron would be delivered but it never came. They also said they'd give me updates about the iron and they never did. Then today, four days after I checked out, they called to ask me if I still wanted the iron. Unbelievable.

WOULD NOT GO BACK !!!!

NOTHING

The outside was not clean at all !!! it was so small that we had to turn sideways to get into the kitchen & bathroom & we are small framed people 😡

Unsettling

I was given the wrong address and showed up at someone’s house! There were multiple men coming and going and Vacasa never gave me the correct address. It was all unsettling and I ended up booking somewhere else on the same night.
