What a fun hidden treasure right in the heart of Boston! We loved this property. It was less than a block from the Boston Common. Getting in was safe and secure. I couldn't believe how responsive the hosts were. Every time I messaged them (use the Expedia App —it's the fastest), they responded within an hour — even at 2 am!
We had a small issue with our AC unit, it was fixed by the time we returned from our outing.
For the price, I had pretty low expectations-- I was blown away! The beds were super comfy, and the room was clean and tidy.
I did think I was getting a room with a full-size couch and was disappointed to find it was a mini couch, but the bed was big and comfortable, so it easily accommodated two adults.
The TV doesn't have service; it is there for you to log in to your own services if you would like. We didn't mind, we were too busy enjoying the city.
The bathrooms were cleaned daily, and the other guests were very considerate; we had no issues with messes or waiting. The hot water in the showers does fluctuate; be aware. Plenty of towels were provided.
The kitchen is pretty basic, but we appreciated the microwave, some cutlery, and the sink for washing up. The mini-fridge in the room was great for our needs.

Highly, highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Flights got delayed and had to sleep in Boston for the night—didn't want to pay day-of hotel prices and this did not disappoint.
