Property was very clean and well maintained. Great location for a one doing a bio bay kayak tour. Bed was very comfortable and appreciated having a fridge, micro and coffee service.

We booked this room because it was close to Rainforest which we explored during the day and very close to the Bio Luminescent lagoon tour that evening. Be sure and book Lagoon trip before going and make sure there is No moon out. Accommodations were very clean and updated. I think there are 4 rooms there. We stayed in the one with the pink awning. A little hard to find but Owner helpful. No need for key they give you a code to get in and door locks automatically when you leave.

The place was clean, the bed was firm like we like it, and there was a full refrigerator. It met our overnight needs almost perfectly. Our only complaint was that the shower did not get hot and was only like warm at best.

Wonderful location, ideally set close to beach and restaurants while also convenient to rain forest excursions AND Culebra excursions. Everything needed for a single or couple. Quiet, secure and clean. WILL BE COMING BACK!!

This was a little tricky to find. But the hosts were very responsive and super pleasant. Checking in was a breeze. Super comfy, very very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This spot was perfect for a couple nights stay. It was clean and well appointed. We did have a hard time finding it on Google maps, but we called as directed and he talked us through getting there and inside. Very close to seven seas beach and bioluminescent bay tours. We had wonderful fish tacos at Costa Mia restaurant just down the road.

Directions provided by the owner were confusing. There was one critical bit of info missing. It was not at all clear that to get to apartment 6 you had to drive through a gate marked G8! I called to ask for clarification and the owner was irritated and condescending. The front door doesn’t lock from the inside! I texted the owner to ask about this (just 10 min after our last communication) and he never replied. There was no hot water in the shower; it only got a bit warm. And there was no hot water whatsoever in the sink. My husband commented that the water heating system they had set up in the shower looked not only ineffectual but also unsafe, given the way the electrical cable was plugged into it. It was raining hard outside, and water was leaking on the floor. We could hear water dripping loudly (into a bucket?) inside a locked closet in the bedroom. The air conditioning was blowing directly into our faces while we were in bed - although I have found this to be pretty common in PR. It was a hassle to have to leave cash for the cleaners.

Even though I arrived an hour earlier they were willing to accomodate me in another apartment. Cozy but comfortable apartment but the kitchen did'nt have a kitchen sink.

The place was wonderful. Its small , good for a couple or solo. Very clean and well decorated. No stove. Nice fridge and very cold airconditioner. Parking A+. Place is great for short term stay. Pressure of water low in shower but thats normal in PR. No biggy. Yes, I would stay again and Yes I recommend it.

Firstly the address listed somewhere else at the top of the hill. Fortunately the owner was responsive when we reached out. This is a great place to stop by for a quick night but nothing more. The bedroom has no windows, the bathroom shower had very low pressure and the handheld/lower sprout works rather than the higher one. They offer coffee with a coffee maker but don’t provide a coffee filter. The bed was not comfortable with it being springy. Over all it was not a wonderful stay for the price we paid. There are also a few signs when entering that there is a cleaning fee unless you are willing to keep the place clean. This was vague and not explained on expedia nor the signs in the unit. When asking the owner he said its a cleaning charge regardless to clean the sheets which at that point, its quite rude to ask guests to change the sheets without providing new ones in order to absolve the cleaning fee. Overall wouldn’t recommend for the price paid.

Although the property was pretty clean there were MAJOR red flags property was located in a dead end area Ubers where unable to locate us...... host never checked on us to see if anything was needed closest pool/beach was NOT nearby as stated.... decent for a night stay but nothing more

The reservation link provided to me contained a directions tab that had no content. I emailed to request directions but did not get a reply. The directions and check in process were provided to me after the promised check in time of 3 pm. This makes it difficult to arrange for transportation.

Pictures are not accurate. Front door would not stay closed. A slight tug would open it even when locked. Safety should be number 1 and comfort number 2. It was a a quaint and nice unit.

Comfortable, safe location, closed to town and beach, super clean, great communication and hospitality. The only downfall was the street light bothered us in the middle of the night; light protective curtains would make it a perfect stay.

We booked this short notice stay (checked in within 2 hours of booking) and the hosts were wonderful. Communication was great. The room we spent the night was so charming and close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. This is going to be my first choice when I go to Fajardo. Love it!

It’s good for a two night stay. Not bad for the money they charge. However, Water pressure is very low. No sink in kitchenette area. Bed is hard. Stains on pillows. Nowhere to store clothes- must live out of suitcase.

This place is pristine! I’m very particular and I absolutely loved this little apartment. This was the 5th place that I stayed in and it was by far the best! It has an easy entrance, nice size refrigerator, small dinette set and sitting area. The bathroom was nice size, the products in the bathroom were great! There’s a door that separates the main room and the bedroom so I got to sleep in. The bedroom itself is well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the TV was huge! I’d definitely stay there again. Oh and there’s a covered sitting area and garden hose to clean the sand off before entering. I could easily live here!

I liked it, was more small than I thought but clean and well decorated, the only thing I did not like at all - was the fact that I could not lock the door, it stayed open all night and that made me feel insecure. When I asked the host they never replied my message.

This was the nicest accomodation we had in PR. The room and bed were comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette were clean and supplied. When I got lost trying to find the location, the owner was kind enough to come get me. Google Maps doesn't work well in Fajardo. I would definitely recommend this property.

A/C leaked into the kitchen area and a bucket was used to catch the water. The noise from the drip was annoying. Overall it was a good property on a great location

It’s a cute and clean property with lovely decor. You can tell that the owners pride themselves on their property. The owner gave us very clear and concise instructions on the location and check in process. I loved the outdoor seating area as well. We stayed here for 1 night to be close to El Yunque and Hacienda Carabali.

Very nice quiet location. Short walk to Seven Seas Beach and restaurants by the beach. Easy to find. Was nice to have the outdoor sitting area, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and microwave for morning snacks before going for breakfast. Also very easy check in/out.

I love the decor. It's pretty much like a studio. It was small but cute, and very clean. All linens were clean. There were guest towels and beach towels. I would have like a sink in the kitchen and a broom because sometimes accidents happen and would have liked to have swept it up. Now the only gripe I have is the bed was not comfortable for especially if you have back issue the bed was not comfortable at all my husband also said the same thing and he doesn't have any back issues. That would be the deciding factor of why I would stay there again. If the bed would be replaced with a better quality I would come back.

We were here for 1 night. Cute little room with tasteful interior and modern AC TV. Area around it isn’t the prettiest, but normal for Puerto Rico standard. Owner was very friendly but speaks Spanish only. For English you’ll have to communicate with her “daughter”?! Overall we had a very nice stay.

This is a small motel-like property in the middle of a quiet residential barrio. The room was immaculate, with a little front porch and a small kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker, but no sink. The shower water temperature was hard to master. In PR, it seems, it is common for a little electric heater to be placed directly on the shower head and if you open the tap all the way the water doesn't have a chance to heat. Once you catch on, it's fine. We got lost looking for the Calle G address. We tried google maps, apple maps and the gps that came with our car and none of them could find it. However, our host was kind enough to talk us through the last portion of our route. For his convenience, he should include a map on his website. I'd say this place was comfortable and convenient and a very good bargain.
