Rooms are dated and need to be refurbished. Beds are very comfortable, and the facilities were clean. Kitchen facilities are available. Bathroom and shower were nice. Carpeting was old and stained.

Very nice all around. 4 stars because the villa was very old and funiture and floor need to be upgraded.

My goodness, it was so nice, and the bed and pillows were the best we could have asked for!

We stayed in a Villa. It was great! There was 2 patios, one patio had table & chairs while the other didn't. Would have been nice to have something on the other patio but we were only staying for 2 days. Game room was cool with some games and a mini kitchen. There were 2 pools, we only used 1 pool.

All are ok. Excellent.

Beautiful property, spacious accommodations & very friendly staff!

Godwin called to let us know the gate code and where the key would be. It was where it was said to be. A map was there and highlighted. Everything was in order. Nice place! Clean, quiet, a/c works great, which is wonderful since it's hot enough for the devil to be comfortable outside! Parking by unit. Close to Arcisure Arena for events. We saw a great concert. All in all, excellent trip.

Absolutely amazing! This place is a hidden gem! It was everything I was hoping for- quiet and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was super fast and easy. This will definitely be my new spot for family vacationing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property is amazing! I had no idea how nice this was going to be. There are two swimming pools, two dog parks and bocce ball, miniature, golf, and even horseshoes. It's a area where you can camp with your RV or stay in these really cute little bungalows

The Emerald Villas grounds were amazing. The cleaners for the suites were tooooooo strong of a smell for my allergies. But they worked with us to move us to another suite that worked perfectly.

The pictures are not what i paid for. It is definitely not a 1 bedroom villa and it definitely does not have a kitchen. I definitely over paid for this villa. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. Couldn't do anything about it. Office was closed.

Nice property! It was just a 2 bed & 2 bath house. All the amenities we needed were there and we spent a fun and relaxing night. FYI. There also was a laundry room in the house, but the washer doesn't look to be working well. The laundry room light was dead as well.

Enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

The wonderful & pleasant gentleman at the front desk made our check-in a breeze after driving for 3 hours. Tesla was great too. She checked us out quick & easy. The villa was easy to find, clean & spacious. The TV was small, but it worked. The only complaint I had were our loud & rude neighbors who didn't have respect for others. They were up at 6:30 a.m., as if it was party time. It was bad enough to hear the train pass by early mornings. Everyone else on the property were respectful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
