This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Location was perfect. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room. We would stay here again and the price was more than fair.

The area around the motel, if you like to visit the lake is great and close! Many restaurants nearby. The staff was so friendly, check in was easy, the rooms are not fancy, but clean and that’s all I need!

We got there at 10 o’clock and They quickly got us into our room and it was very clean and quiet and perfect for our family getaway. We will stay here again every time we’re in the Ozarks.

Had to have our key redone after the first night. We were staying three nights. The king size bed only had two pillows. I’ve never seen less that 4. Other than that. We like the hotel. Great location

We knew we would arrive late and just needed a place to sleep for the night. That's what this location is, a basic old school hotel that provides a bed, shower, and TV. The lady at the desk was great, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and semi-clean. There are quite a few restaurants close and the area is quiet. If you are looking for a modern hotel with amenities such as breakfast and microwaves, then this isn't it. If like us you just need an affordable place to crash for the night, then it will serve nicely.

We had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again. When we reported an issue, it was resolved immediately and with a smile. Clean, safe, and the staff were wonderful!

This facility looks new. It is clean and smells clean. That’s always my first impression. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean top to bottom. No breakfast on the weekends but it’s off season and not fully booked so I understand.

Advertised breakfast on weekends, paid extra $10 night for stay for 2, when I ask about breakfast wa told we stopped doing breakfast, we do have a few "leftovers" we will have out...???!! Shower has soap residue. Was given key for already occupied room, walked in on other guest, very awkward situation

We were double charged for our room. After calling twice and being promised a credit, it never happened. We finally had to file a dispute on our credit card. The hotel basically stole our money and didn’t care to pay us back.

JESSICA was an AMAZING person with a GREAT SMILE and always willing to help , she sent me a text message in Spanish letting me know that at 11 pm the office closes and asking me the time of the arrival . Stunning , very impressive about Customer Service

It was just very loud at all times. For example, people were running around the hallways yelling and such at 2 AM. People were hanging out, sitting outside of the entrances, chain smoking and drinking beer every time I went by. For the price of the room, I expected a bit more.

Fast check-in, comfortable beds. Shower head and water pressure (specifically for shower) are my only complaints. Otherwise, the room was clean and smelled better than most hotels. Parking lot is a bit random, but it is usable.

The hotel was very nice. Only hiccup was one of our two rooms was not ready by the 3 pm check in time. We had to wait almost an hr for it to be cleaned and available to us. We did let the front desk know it was not clean, but did not complain further. I do believe had we, we would have been compensated somehow as the front desk staff was friendly and professional. I would still go back to this hotel again and again. Also liked that there were no pets and smoking was limited to a specific location, not in any rooms. Highly recommend! Great location, great price, nice rooms, clean pool and friendly staff.
